On GIMTEF
plants is available, upon request, the technical assistance at distance
called "Teleservice" that allows to be connected to GIMTEF
assistance department directly from the supervision system that is
in the production line.
During the connection, GIMTEF's technicians can directly analyse and solve the problems indicated or do the right modifications to the software in order to accomplish further client's requests or needs. All this, in most of cases, without even going in the client's factory. In this way, the assistance time is reduced as much as possible with advantages to production.s |
